RETURN POLICY

No refund policy

We do not offer refunds or exchange for change of mind or if inaccurate information provided during payment process. This is also due to Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products. So please select products carefully and make sure information is all correct upon checkout.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. 

Refunds if applicable 

To start a return, you can contact us at Blendsofwellness@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch your order within three working days. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-5 working days however, some remote destinations may take a little longer.

Tracking your order online
Upon dispatch of your order, A tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track the progress of your shipment at any time, via the designated shipping companies’ website tracking process. if you have not added your email address upon completing your order you will not be able to receive this information so it's important you add your email address.
